1. What is this website all about?

This website is about the community first and foremost. We made the active decision to put forward our forum and blog for people to communicate about various problems that they might be experiencing. Of course, we would not have made this website to advertise our services as well.

2. Can I use this forum freely?

Yes, you can do as you wish so long as you respect others users of the forum. We are not too difficult with profanity or jokes, but keep it respectful please.

3. Can I ask/suggest something for/about the blog(post)?

Yes, we value transparency the most, under every blog(post) you can let us know something that was wrong or good about the blog(post).

4. Where are we located?

We are based in the United States but operate anywhere in the world.

5. How do I change my password?

You can find a round icon, click on there. There is a section with ‘overview’ and following ‘password’. As soon as you are in ‘password’, you should be prompted to give your old and new password. Click on save and wait for the changes to propagate.

6. I am locked out of my account

Ouch, not to worry. Contact us at [email protected] or ping @joolstorrentecalo to see what we can do for you. If you enabled 2FA, then recovering your password is impossible. Even in that case we might be able to restore the user data to another account, you will lose access to all previously made content however.

8. Where can I view my order progress?

We don’t have an ‘order progress’ in the sense that a track and trace link will be delivered to you after utilizing our services. If you are wondering about current delivery times or custom-project timelines, please contact us at [email protected] and provide your unique user identifier (USI).

9. What data do you collect from me?

We don’t collect any data on this website alone and never will, unless required by law (which does not apply). We keep a retention period of 5 years for any e-mail contact to keep you and our customers safe while providing an easy way to refer back to previous conversations.

10. Where do I report a bug/mistake?
